This workshop has been specifically designed for adults to refresh , reframe and retrain their money relationship.

RESET Your Money with this interactive workshop.

This workshop is designed for people who have been in the workforce for a longer time, you may be more established with more responsibilities.

You will learn:

-the most effective way to manage your cash flow

-how and what your credit score is

-how to effectively manage your debt

-how to set goals and build a values set for your finances

- how to stay on track and achieve what you say is important

-how to understand and work with your emotions and mindset around money to make money work for you.

You will use:

Both sides of the money equation

Mindset + Strategies = Success

• learn about the money mindsets, behaviours and beliefs that guide your decisions

• learn the practical strategies you can use with money to help you succeed
